During the anniversary period we will continue our work in all program areas, with specific program enhancements. Under the Creation Program- CBT will begin the development of a new work entitled “Speed Killed My Cousin” that exposes the high incidence of death from high-speed car crashes among returning soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan and the parallel phenomena seen during the Vietnam War. The play deals with post war trauma and its effect on families and communities. It is a multigenerational work that speaks to generations of servicemen and women.  Research for the work begins in October and its expected completion date is November 2010.
