April 2010 - In December of 2009 Executive and Artistic Director Linda Parris-Bailey traveled to Mumbai, India to participate in the International Women's Playwright's Conference. This video created by a member of the Canadian delegation shares our collective experience in Mumbai. Carpetbag's original song "I've Got It" is featured as part of the evaluation session. Linda is now a member of the WPI Management Committee, planning the 2012 Conference.
February 2010- Carpetbag Theatre, the first theater to perform at Tennessee Shines live from the Bijou, February 24, 2010. The company performed excerpts from "Between a Ballad and a Blues".
