The Carpetbag Theatre offers a full series of workshops, residency projects, and other services that are custom developed to meet the needs of each individual community or organization. This cultural work focuses on empowerment, skill development, and information gathering through hands-on experience and equitable participation of diverse group members. Tools and techniques include Story Circles & Swaps, Creative Drama, Collaborative Writing, Games, Songs/Music, Role Play and Creative Movement. The purpose of these activities is to enable group members to combine their knowledge, skills, and ideas for future strategy development.
