youth theatre festival

Every Summer since 1989, we have worked closely with community artists and community organizations to provide quality theatre arts education that encourages and advises young people ages 5 - 18 on how to pursue viable and equitable careers in theatre and theatre technology.

Our goal is to celebrate young artists by equipping them with tools, mentorship, and inspiration through a multi-track, multi-level festival. This year’s line will be The Indigenous Peoples Task Force -Ikidowin Youth from Minneapolis, Mn, The Youth Ensemble of Atlanta, Kuumba Watoto, The Knoxville Children Theatre, The Tennessee Children Dance Ensemble, Brazzy Brook, Denzel Hendricks and many talented artist from the community.
